Resources

Sermon Study
Many of us listen to the sermon on a Sunday but think very little of it for the rest of the week. For each sermon, we have designed a series of to help you engage with the sermon text prior to hearing the sermon.

Although this could be a solo endeavour, we recommend that you engage these questions in community. This can take the shape of going through some questions with a partner or engaging with these questions as a small group. Either way, you are encouraged to meet with someone each week to discuss what you have listened to. All questions can be found on our sermons plus page.
The Prayer Course
The Prayer course is an eight-week journey through the Lord’s Prayer. The session are: Why Pray?, Adoration, Petition, Intercession, Unanswered Prayer, Contemplation, Listening, Spiritual Warfare

Practicing the Way
Information alone is not enough to produce formation. We need to practice Jesus’ teachings, to get his ideas from our minds into the muscle memory of our bodies. We do this by adopting practices from Jesus’ own life, time-tested disciplines for the spiritual life that open up our entire being to God and allow him to transform us into people of love.

The Practicing the Way Course features eight sessions of teaching, guided conversation, and spiritual exercises designed to lay a foundation for lifelong apprenticeship to Jesus. The Course is the on-ramp to the Practices and our other resources.

Sanctuary Course
The Sanctuary Course is for anyone who wants to learn about faith and mental health. It requires no previous training or expertise—just a willingness to engage in dialogue with other believers.

The Bible Course
An eight-session course that will help you grow in your understanding of the Bible.
For in-person groups or digital gatherings: it can be used anywhere – homes, workplaces, churches, or online meetings.
